Ruthless Knight by A. Jade–Review

Reading Cruel Prince, I thought I was done for. I fell hardcore for the Royal Hearts family, including Cole Covington. The tortured, black hearted twin with nothing but malice in him. I couldn’t wait to dig into his book to see what made him tick.

Ruthless Knight did not disappoint. Within her 100 chapters, A. Jade wrote a web of feelings, emotions, storylines, and flashbacks to make a grown woman cry. I couldn’t help but feel my own heart breaking while reading about Cole and Sawyer.

Sawyer Church, the Bible thumper at RHA. Despite trying to be a nobody and blend into the walls, you couldn’t help but notice her. She also is tortured, unloved, unwanted, and compared to her ‘perfect’ sister. For some reason, she can see through Cole to the good that is hidden deep down. This, of course, unsettles Cole, so he does what most teenagers would, he picks on her.

When all is said and done and the book is completed, this was a beautiful story of acceptance, love, and forgiveness. However, to get to ‘The End’, Ms. Jade took us through some tough topics and situations that will leave you tearing up for days. It’s hard not to love all characters written within this book. They are family. One of these family members that I am anxious to read about is Bianca. I want to know her story and what makes Baby Covington the spoiled, bitchy, and devious princess that she is!!
