I love music. All my books have playlists to them. Sometimes I need to listen to a certain song when working on a scene, but usually it’s all kinds of random stuff. But sometimes that backfires—like when I start to dance party on my couch to Britney⁣

I have a few that are my favorites, so it’s hard to pick just one so let’s just go with my most recent Savvy. She’s so fierce and sarcastic, I loved how she didn’t back down from anything. I like to write strong heroines, but she might be my most badass—and that’s saying something.⁣

There is no perfect hero/heroine that’s what makes character driven stories so addicting. I love a wide range too, the crazy possessive alphas to the swoony cinnamon rolls. I like them all⁣
