Oceans of Us by Vanessa Luisa–Book Review

Vanessa Luisa is a new to me author, but she sure knew how to reel me in. I am a sucker for a forbidden, age gap, father’s best friend scenario.

Saint is the bad boy that moves in next door to Paisley and her father. Soon the two men become fast friends, which leaves Paisley irritated. You see, while moving in, Saint did the most atrocious thing possible to Paisley, he stepped on her flowers and ruined them. Saint is Paisley’s biggest enemy, but how things change over time. 😈

Oceans of Us is angsty with a splash of love/intrigue at first sight. It is a slow burn, full of ups and downs, and baggage. Beware, it is a big book, but gives a clear picture of Saint and Paisley’s relationship.
